The food specialties of Trentino, an autonomous province of northern Italyfamous for the Dolomites mountain range and for its fresh and healthy quality of life, will be available for tasting at a Tasting Event on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Eataly NY Flatiron, 200 5th Avenue, 6:00-9:00 PM. The event is open to food and wine importers, distributors and retailers, journalists and reporters, food bloggers and influencers, food and beverage managers, chefs, and food connoisseurs.

For the event on September 25^th, a tasting menu prepared by Italian chefs, with authentic products from Trentino will be served along with Trentodoc Wines to promote the excellent food of this beautiful Italian Region. The Event is part of a two-week program that stems from a partnership between the international network of Eataly and Trentino Sviluppo (the Agency that supports the local companies) signed last January, in agreement with the government of the Province of Trento, with the main purpose of making the companies of the food and beverage sector known internationally and to stimulate export.
