Chef Luciano of Luciano’s Restaurant joined Jillian for the What’s Cooking Segment today at the Metro Appliances and More demonstration kitchen. Chef Luciano, a native of Tuscany, Italy prepares the Italian dish at his restaurant and brought his red sauce for one of the dishes. Luciano explained you can be creative with the pasta you choose, today he showed traditional spaghetti and fettuccini. He makes the fettuccini by hand at his resultant every weekend, but you can also find delicious fettuccini in your local stores.
