Whoa, imagine this for a gimmick: There is none. "A lot of people open places thinking they're doing something that's never been done before," says Brian Moss, as he surveys the room that will soon host his bar-restaurant. "We just want to make really good pizza."
Clevelanders will have a chance to judge soon enough, when Moss and his partner Brian Holleran open Il Rione Pizzeria on West 65th Street in Gordon Square. The spot - set to open this month -- will seat 35-40, serve eight beers and a selection of wines along with salads and appetizers and, yes, pizza.
