The Inwood-based Sons of Italy Leonardo daVinci Lodge 2385 held its 2018 scholarship presentation on Aug. 9. The cultural organization awarded several scholarships.
Since its formation in 1978, the Leonardo da Vinci Lodge has raised $175,000 in scholarships given to students from the Five Towns. The recipients have gone on to further their education and become physicians, nurses, engineers and CEOs of successful companies.
