People from New Jersey take a lot of pride in their food. Ask any Garden Stater about pizza, and they'll no doubt gush that Jersey has the world's best. The same with bagels. And Jerseyans are also fond of the pork roll, egg and cheese sandwich on a hard roll the state is noted for. Even something as simple as a buttered hard roll with coffee for breakfast is a Jersey delight.
What does this all have to do with Ohio, you may ask? Well, former New Jersey resident John Ordille and his wife, Jennifer, are opening That's Amore Pastaria at the River Valley Mall in Lancaster that will specialize in foods related to New Jersey, including thin-crust pizza and other Italian dishes.
