CIAO St Louis and St. Ambrose Church have joined together to bring the community a Health And Wellness Fair, Sunday, October 14, 2018, in the Church Hall from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The event is a first of its kind for the parish. When CIAO Board member and parishioner, Loretta Vitale April, asked Monsignor Bommarito what he thought of the idea of a health Fair for the parish, he was very enthusiastic.
Ellie Sicola (Nursing Director for Senior Services, Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center at St. Anthony’s/Mercy Hospital) and Jeanie Smith (Clinical Nurse Manager, High Risk Cardiology at Barnes Jewish Hospital) are sisters, who also serve on the CIAO St Louis Board, came up with idea. “We wanted to reach out to the Hill community, as well as serve the families here,” said Ellie Sicola. CIAO is part of the neighborhood. Its office and studio is located inside The Hill Neighborhood Center.
